Do I have to send my BlackBerry to you?
No! This is not a painting service as other companies offer. You receive a complete replacement housing and all of the tools necessary to replace it yourself.
What is included in the kit?
You will of course receive the front, back, and antenna covers custom painted to your specification. As an additional bonus you also receive side covers, screen, base, and keyboard.
Are cases difficult to install?
The installation is surprisingly easy and can be done in about 10 minutes. Once you watch the instructional video or read the illustrated instructions online you will be very comfortable. In addition we also include a replacement base to practice on or use as a replacement should yours be damaged.
We will be releasing our own video soon, in the meantime here is an excellent video from PDAParts.com: INSTALLATION VIDEO. Clearly you would just stop once the front cover is removed and reverse the process.
What shipping method do you use?
We use Fedex for all of our shipment except in situations where not available (PO Boxes, APO, some international addresses). Orders usually ship within 1 business day with transit time being anywhere from 1 business day to 8 business days depending on the method selected.
Currency and Taxes
All store prices are in USD. We welcome international orders but are not currently able to take foreign currency directly. All major credit cards, and paypal will automatically convert the exchange rate for you. GST will apply to all Canadian orders, and PST for Ontario orders, otherwise no tax or VAT will apply.
When will other models be available?
We will be releasing cases for the Bold, Storm, and Pearl within the next few months. If you would like to be notified once they are available please use the form on our main page.
What other colors are available?
While we do have plans to release other colors this will not be for a few months. We selected the 5 most popular colors after over a year of sampling. We know you will be satisfied one of our existing colors that we will be offering an incentive to customers who order now and chose to purchase a new color at a later date. Please ask or check back for details!
